Um, Helen, it wouldn't take a lot to fix it enough to use it for hauling junk to the landfill. Axles, useable tires and a clean title- it has a lot more going for it than some. If you're not interested, then don't look any further into it. Simple as that. Some may see it as a challenge or the decent beginnings of a project.
ReplyDeleteNot a fan of the canvas toppers, but it could always be covered with sheetmetal or fiberglass if anyone has the resources.
I guess we didn't consider the non-horse-hauling potential of this contraption. Some other uses:
ReplyDelete-taking prisoners to their lethal injection
-hauling pigs (i hate pigs)
-a cheaper option for the USPS as long as they're going to continue losing my mail
-a thrill ride for teenagers. you could even charge.
Any other ideas?
SB- If it's going to the dump or the landfill, everything is a snap. Just unhook and leave the whole mess there!
